The Steinjager Heavy Duty Crossover Steering Kit is an upgrade from the factory steering. It is manufactured from 1.50" x 0.25" wall DOM tubing and is paired with 3/4" Chrome Moly Rod Ends. This kit will work with or without the factory sway bar. Grade 8 hardware is included.
This kit will fit Wrangler JK and JKU's with 3.5 to 6.0 inches of lift. A 2.5 inch lift kit will not always be 2.5 inches of actual lift. You will need to measure your actual lift increase and not what your lift manufacturer advertised it to be to confirm your lift falls in the desired range.
Installation will require the spindles and pitman arm to be drilled out to 3/4".

CAUTION REGARDING PAINT COLOR: This product is powder painted with one of our 'neon' colors. Given the nature of this particular color and our powder painting process, there may be slight imperfections in areas around welds, at 'hanging' points from our powder paint system, variations in the color itself in areas with a dramatic change in materials (ie: from tube to large plate transition areas), and/or a loss of brightness after a season in direct sunlight. We add a second coat of 'clear coat' to help extend the life of the vividness of the color, but it still is subject to fading. When considering this color, please keep these nuances of this color in mind.
